Anastasia Bipat, lMHC

Hi, I'm Anastasia! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Orlando, Florida, and I've spent over a decade helping individuals navigate life’s most challenging moments. I specialize in working with adults facing attachment wounds, trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and relationship issues. My passion lies in helping people heal from Complex PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, generational trauma, and challenges around self-worth and boundaries.

My journey into the mental health field began with a deep desire to understand how people heal—and how we carry emotional pain in ways that often go unseen. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Florida and my Master’s in Counselor Education from the University of Central Florida. Since then, I’ve worked in a wide range of clinical settings—from inpatient hospitals to correctional facilities and community-based care—which has given me a well-rounded, compassionate perspective on the different paths healing can take.

In therapy, I strive to create a space that feels safe, warm, and empowering. I use EMDR (I'm a certified EMDR therapist and an EMDRIA-approved Consultant) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), along with tools from DBT, CBT, mindfulness, and humanistic approaches. I believe in working together—therapy isn’t something I do to you; it’s something we do side by side.

Clients often tell me they feel seen and supported in our work together. Whether you're facing long-standing trauma or recent life stressors, I’m here to help you reconnect with your strengths, build healthier relationships (including the one with yourself), and move toward the life you want to live.

When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll usually find me reading, spending time in nature, or connecting with my loved ones. I bring that same grounded, curious energy into my work—with deep respect for your story and your courage in telling it.
