Individual Therapy

At Renewed Perspective Counseling, we use a variety of different modalities to help you navigate the challenges you’re facing. Through using a blend of EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness and humanistic approaches, we are able to tailor our treatment to meet your specific needs. We work with you collaboratively to design achievable goals that will help to improve your quality of life.
