Frequently asked questions.

Do you accept insurance?

We are in-network with United Healthcare and Aetna through a partnership with Alma. You can elect to use your benefits through one of these companies, but you are not required to.

Please note that using your insurance benefits does allow your insurance company complete access to your record (including documented session content) and requires the therapist to give you a mental health diagnosis, which does become part of your permanent medical record. Insurance companies can also limit the duration, frequency and type of therapy services you may receive.

what is your rate for therapy?

Individual Counseling Session: $145 per 50-minute session

EMDR Therapy Session: $145 per 50-minute session

do you see couples or families?

At present, we are only offering individual therapy sessions. However, if it is relevant to your treatment, we can incorporate family members into your sessions.

what is your cancellation policy?

We ask that if you are aware you cannot attend your scheduled session, we ask that you please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified the office at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay for the full cost of the session. Cancellation fees must be paid before additional services can be provided.
